Built on integrity, hard work, and pride in every job, Arturo laid the foundation for what has become a multi-generational family business rooted in service and craftsmanship.

Alan Hernandez - Partner

As the eldest son and Managing Partner, Alan Hernandez plays a key leadership role in the continued growth and vision of the company. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Alan is currently pursuing his builder’s license to lead the company’s future expansion into residential construction. His early hands-on involvement in the business gave him a deep understanding of the industry, and his strategic mindset continues to guide long-term development. Alan’s leadership reflects a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and honoring his father’s legacy. He is dedicated to building a business founded on community service, integrity, and family values.

Arthur DeJesus - Partner

Arthur DeJesus, the youngest of the two brothers, brings a sharp technical perspective and a fresh vision to the family business. A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Arthur has played a critical role in scaling the company’s operations and improving internal workflows. His engineering background supports not only the painting side of the business but also positions the company for future infrastructure and development opportunities. From estimating and planning to quality control and client communication, Arthur is involved in every stage of project execution. Like his brother and father, Arthur is passionate about serving the local community with pride and professionalism. His mission is to help lead the company into the next generation while staying true to the values it was built on.
